Z-Mass PM

Z-Mass is a nighttime, nutrient-based ZMA formula that is 
designed to increase free testosterone and strength without the 
negative effects of prohormones.
 
 
 
 
Z-MassPM contains 
a combination (ZMA) of zinc monomethionine aspartate, magnesium 
aspartate, and vitamin B6. In a double-blind randomized study*, 
ZMA was tested on NCAA football players over an 8-week period. 
There were statistically significant increases in free 
testosterone levels, IGF-1 levels and muscle strength compared 
to the placebo group. No side effects were noted in the 
published research. In addition to ZMA, Z-MassPM contains a 
proprietary herbal complex to round out the formula. 
Take 4 capsules for men and 3 capsules for women on an empty 
stomach 30-60 minutes before bedtime. 
 
 
 
 
Do not take 
within 1 hour of food or supplements containing calcium. Calcium 
may inhibit the absorption of zinc and magnesium.
